What is Mind Body Spirit Release?

MBSR™ was created by Naturopath, Tracy Southwick from Heights of Health. Just like Emotion Code is designed to clear out trapped emotions, MBSR can remove various blocks from the body (emotional, limiting beliefs, spiritual, chakra, etc.). Mind Body Spirit Release™ removes cellular imprints from negative experiences and trauma.

Our bodies remember every hormone, neurotransmitter, energy/nerve block, limiting belief and emotion from each significant event in our lives, even though we might not remember in our conscious minds. When our cells are triggered - by something like a person, emotion, relationship or even a smell - to recall an event, our bodies can re-enact the same experience on a biochemical level. This is done on a subconscious level over which we have no control. Because we have no control over these biochemical reactions, they can make us experience physical and emotional symptoms that we would not like to have. For example, an imprinted limiting belief that you do not deserve to succeed will create a situation where you are subconsciously sabotaging your ability to succeed (in career, relationships, health, weight…).

No amount of positive thinking or affirmation-saying can change this because 95% of the brain operates on a subconscious level and is making this decision for you. To make matters worse, the conscious mind innately wants to prove that what the subconscious mind believes is true, so it will protect those false beliefs. It is simply a self-preservation mechanism.

Mind Body Spirit Release™ is a way to help identify those negative cellular imprints buried in the subconscious and release them so that you are free to re-create your own story, to reach the goals you desire, to be more of the person you want to be. Depending on the number of layers or imprints, results can be immediate, or can happen gradually through several clearings over time. How are these blocks accessed? 

ow are these blocks accessed? 

We use a technique sometimes applied by hypnotherapists, psychologists and psychotherapists called The Ideomotor Response. It is easily done by measuring a muscle (-motor) response to an “idea” (ideo-) or statement. In this case, we use a pendulum which responds via muscle movements in the hand, or I use muscle testing. The subconscious mind provides data this way that is relevant to the blocks keeping you from reaching your goals and then we are able to clear the subconscious blocks. Sessions can be done in person or through “proxy” sessions (similar to Emotion Code).

DIFFERENT TYPES OF BLOCK CLEARINGS & SESSIONS

Below are some examples of what we can focus on in a MBSR Level 1 Basic Clearing that will allow you to remove blocks keeping you from your goals in ALL areas:

  • Scars/Piercings/Tattoos (yes, we can have blocks connected to these physical traumas)

  • Traumatic Events

  • Dis-resonance with a person, place, situation, herbs/supplements (dis-resonance is when you have a bad feeling/relationship, off balance, or on a different wavelength with this item or person)

  • Organs/glands/tissues

  • Pathogens

  • COVID (had COVID or Vaccine)

I can also put together a supplemental protocol for you in a Level 1 MBSR™ session.

In an advanced MBSR session (Level 3), we will create a specific intention around an area of your life (i.e., health, relationships, finances, life purpose, time freedom, fun, etc.) find the associated blocks and conduct a clearing to remove those blocks.

Cooper has a tumor on his liver.  I have noticed improvement since your first session. For example, he was not able to jump onto our bed before the session but within two days he was. I consider this a win! After the second session, I did tell my husband that Cooper was the most active at the park this morning than I've seen in the past couple of months (not running, but at least attentive to the squirrels and trotting down the fence line)

Kuma was having anxiety and fearful behavior when certain smells were prevalent such as cooking bacon or smells outside. She gets anxious and cowers and tucks her tail and crawls close ot the ground. After the first clearing she sleeping like a baby and was laying on her back in a more relaxed position. Since the 2nd session, she has not experienced any episodes and we have cooked bacon in the house.

I started working with Erica a little over a year ago. Initially she introduced me to MBSR, GEM and emotional coding. It was all very new, and I must admit I had a bit of skepticism initially. During our first session I was blown away at how accurate the details were that she provided. After a few more sessions I not only noticed positive internal changes occurring, but external as well. At that point I decided I wanted to share the experience with my employees who I know were under pressure and stress due to the nature of their job as well as coping with their own personal challenges. Not to mention it was during the height of the pandemic. I started with seniority and the staff members who had been with me the longest. The results were magnificent. So much so that I scheduled sessions for all 20+ staff members and the results were amazing. So much so that the sessions became a hot topic of discussion amongst staff members during down time. Personally, I have had some challenges that I just couldn't seem to get past on my own, regardless of what I tried. HOW DO YOU CLEAR THESE BLOCKS?

Once we are aware of the blocks, we can use a cold laser that has also been imprinted with specific intentions to stimulate certain acupuncture points, meridians and reflex points to eliminate the body’s stress reaction to the blocks and allow you to input healthy beliefs that support your goal.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER YOUR SESSION?

MBSR™ is very individualized and each person processes through the clearing differently. Many people immediately feel like a weight is lifted and are very relaxed and even a bit detached, while a small number go through a detox of sorts as the body is finally able to release stored physical and emotional toxins. This is normal and healthy and very short-lived. Remember that this modality only truly works if you are involved in the process, willing to let go of your blocks and willing to do the work to move to the next level of wellbeing. MBSR™ is simple, effective and can literally change your life.

This is not a passive form of energetic clearing. At the end of the session, you will be given some meaningful home activities to help solidify the shifts. The initial session is 90 minutes to 2 hours and follow-ups are typically 45-minutes and are recommended every 1-3 weeks until you feel like you have manifested your intention to your satisfaction. Many clients schedule maintenance MBSR™ sessions every 1-2 months to make sure that they stay energetically balanced and on track. This is also very helpful to use during a stressful time in life to help you stay balanced mentally, emotionally, spiritually and energetically.

WHAT ARE THE MAIN DIFFERENCES BETWEEN EMOTION CODE AND MBSR™?

As a practitioner of both modalities, I love and recommend them both based on someone’s goals. If a person has a specific health goal or challenge that is very specific, having some emotion code sessions may be just what they need to get passed that health challenge or get rid of that issue. If a client prefers to work on an intention or make changes that may be multi-layered and run very deep, MBSR™ is going to be a good tool to dive deep.

Emotion code is going to remove trapped emotions associated with that issue or around a goal/intention you have. MBSR™ will remove trapped emotions plus any other blocks (i.e. limited beliefs, spiritual blocks, elemental imbalances) that are connected with that issue or goal. Both tools are highly effective and clients have experienced transformative results all over the world with both modalities. I love both and am happy to provide either service or make a recommendation to you based on your goal.
