unctional Nutrition & Toxicity Overload

As one of my teachers, Andrea Nakayama, eludes to above, our nation is experiencing a healthcare crisis. Out of 80 million people, autoimmune makes up the largest category of these 100 known health crises.

The three roots to almost ANY condition are Genes, Digestion, and Inflammation. When these roots are addressed, there will be a direct impact on the branches. The branches are ALL of the signs, symptoms, and even the diagnoses that are given. A branch could be a diagnosis of Hashimotos, migraine or fatigue symptom, depression, an autoimmune condition, or even eczema, just to name a few.

Certification

A functional Nutrition & Holistic Health session with me include a comprehensive intake of your health symptoms, an evaluation of your toxic load using energy kinesiology and a customized plan to support your body back to a path of healing.

I will help to identify and prioritize various energetic threats to the body including:

  • Mold
  • Parasites
  • Bacteria
  • Viruses
  • Heavy metals
  • Lyme
  • Toxic Metals
  • Environmental toxins

In addition to assessing toxicity overload, I can also assess which foods may be a threat to your body's ability to recover. I will customize a plan that includes foods to avoid, for low long, and a protocol for removing any toxins and supporting the body back to health.

Additional follow-up sessions will be focused on assessing progress, making any adjustments, and reassessing threats to the body.

These sessions can be combined with Energy Shifting Sessions ( Emotion Code, GEM, or MBSR™) to address not only the physical but also the emotional and spiritual blocks affecting your health.

You are making a difference in my life, not sure is related, but this week, my sugar has been going down. Some numbers I have not seen since I was diagnosed with diabetes. I feel some hope for my health.

What They Say

I was honestly scared to death to really show up and participate in #Lightbeamers, so I watched mostly since January. I posted once or twice so I didnt feel so guilty about lurking from the sidelines. (All or nothing kind of girl) My full story terrifes me, however, after this week I feel much more confident breaking it down and sharing pieces, chapters with the world. The stories that I have shared were so well received on my personal pages, that I have the courage to continue and to keep growing. I will be visible and shine my bight light everywhere, its glow grows daily. 0

First off, thank you pawTree for giving us this amazing opportunity. You'll probably never know how many lives you have changed. CO Second, thank you April! You gave us a challenge that was difficult, yet achievable, and your explanations and examples really showed us exactly what to do. jp My wins and take-aways: ▪ I'm pretty sure this is the first challenge I've ever completed 6 ▪ discovered that doing a FB live won't, in fact, kill me 0 III I finally understand the concept behind using storytelling to grow my business and that it's actually quite fun! 10 Other petPros (even the "big dogs") have the same fears and challenges that I do, so I need to quit with the excuses and get busy already.

I'm working on my vision, and I'm getting excited. After months of feeling sorry for myself for losing my job, working through the grateful exercise I have recovered a lot of my lost self-esteem. I couldn't even take a compliment when people told me I am very professional and that I would find my dream job. I think I'm answering the phone to the recruiters with more energy because I had three interviews this week, more than ever in the past three months! I notice I get less attracted to comfort food. I am not transformed yet, I attacked a bar of snickers yesterday, but I do not feel stuck anymore. baby steps.

I was so fortunate to have 1:1 coaching with Erica.  Erica was so understanding and encouraging!  I learned so much from her.  Even though I have never personally met her, I consider her a dear friend. She was always professional and very well prepared for our sessions. She is an outstanding coach!
